Drupal ( meaning "drop" in Dutch, like a drop point ) is the CMS driving the Home and Development areas of this site.
It is a mature, rigorous and efficent PHP development framework for web site development and is supported by a large international community. Documentation is availible in over 40 languages.
The licence is open source under the GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE of the Free Software Foundation, Inc.
