By far the most complete presentation of SOA technology is "SOA programming model for implementing Web services". It's has volumes of technical information as well as good business content. Recognize that the presentation is a marketing vehicle for IBM products such as Websphere, but support of SOA standards is very strong at IBM and its offerings can be regarded a near-standard if not precisely so.

Oddly, they don't have a convenient central page for links to the parts of the overall presentation ( maybe they should switch to Drupal CMS ? ). The related links below list each of the 10 parts. There is also a later addition, SOA and the mainframe software environment, a sort of Part 11 of the presentation.
